1 Cup of plain greek yogurt.1/2 Nicely cut strawberry.1 ounce sliced almond.
1. Take a bowl and put the 1 cup of plain greek yogurt, to full fill of your hunger take 4 tablespoons of rolled oats and put the nicely cut strawberry inside the bowl.
2. Mix it well and let it rest inside the freeze for 30 minutes.
