Having assistance to your enthusiasm for health is an asset and as well as a necessity. And considering the phone as an all-time companion to a human these days, how about using these health apps to stay motivated and healthy?
There are so many apps available for your phone in the current times that you will never go in the wrong direction even if you wanted to. Remember, being healthy and fit requires constant efforts and determination. This is what these health apps so good at.
There are so many Health and Fitness Apps out there, so it is challenging to find the best match. I tried several Fitness apps like
Healthify Me - It motivates to achieve our fitness and weight loss goals, you can also track your daily diet and calories intake.
There is a community tab where anyone can ask or share their tips and its a great way of communicating and helping each other. Also, if you take the premium version of it, you will get a personal fitness coach.
Headspace - If you are mentally fit, then only you can achieve a healthy and fit body.
The app helps us to relax and chill. You have to follow the instructions and trusts me, and you will feel much more relaxed than ever. It helps in relaxing every part of the body.
MyFitnessPal- It was good, but I was not satisfied with its performance. Its interface was not much user-Friendly.
If you want to lose weight, tone up, get healthy, change your habits, or start a new diet, My Fitness Pal App is for you. It also tracks diet and exercise time and uses some excellent elements to motivate every day.
Couch to 5K- Last but not least, this is my absolute personal favorite.This low-cost app is part of a more massive Couch to the 5K campaign that aims to help people ease into the routine of regular running. It promises to train you up over nine weeks to be ready for a 5-kilometer race.
