This is easy Banana Berry Smoothie, great for breakfast or as a healthy snack!
Yield: Serves 2 Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 10 Minutes
1 cup plain Skimmed Milk or Greek yogurt 1/2 cup frozen or Fresh blueberries 2 Banana 2-3 frozen strawberries (Optional) 30gm. Rolled Oats 1 Tea Spoon Cinnamon Powder 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp. The mixture of Flaxseed & Pumpkin Seed (Optional) 1 Scoop Isolate Whey Protein 8-10 Almonds 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds.
Add the skimmed milk, blueberries, banana, and strawberries into the blender. If you aren’t using frozen fruit, throw in a couple of ice cubes. Add in a splash of water along with rest of the ingredients. Place the blender lid on tightly. Puree smoothie until it is smooth and creamy. I like my smoothies thick, if you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more milk and puree for a little longer.
