Muscle Building Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

In our day to day life, some mornings are pretty busy specially and we are getting late for our office. In such circumstance, we need something healthy which could keep us feeling full while refueling our energy and which we could prepare easily.

Today I am here with a very unique protein shake recipe which will solve your early morning breakfast problem. This recipe is best especially when you have no time to prepare any breakfast. 

So without further delay let’s get to the point.

Muscle Building | Peanut butter banana protein shake | Oye Gabruu

Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 10 Minutes


1 Cup almond/skimmed milk

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks

1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

½ Apple

1 Scoop rolled oats

½ Avocado and a few grapes

Some add-ins for peanut butter banana protein shake!

Chia Seeds

Hem Seeds




Pumpkin Seeds

Watermelon Seeds.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes: You may alter the recipes as per your requirement and ingredients availability. Hence I have written all the possible ingredients which could possibly be added to this recipe.  

Chia and other seed will not only kick start your day with a healthy dose of Omega 3 but will also supplement your body with necessary vitamins and minerals.

This is a great and easy way to add minerals and vitamins to your diet. Also, this is an ideal shake for post-workout which will repair muscles tissues resulting in increased muscle mass.
