Confidence gives you the power to conquer the world.

I am inspired by the great E.E. Cummings's words which taught to love yourself first. To look over Self-Love is not a bad thing. It is the main thing you should first focus on your life.

Confidence is a state of mind, and like everything related to an account, it is entirely in your control.

If there is a specific situation where you find yourself lacking confidence,(say in interviews, before public speeches, etc.) we recommend you try using “POWER POSING.”

We know, that all animals including humans have a natural response to expand their bodies, stretch, swell, etc. when they want to dominate (refer the body language of animals in combat). Evolution has trained the bodies of all animals to release more adrenaline when the frames are in dominating postures. Similarly, the body’s natural response to happiness is a smile.

Self-confidence is an essential part of humanity. A person with self-esteem generally like themselves, is willing to take risks to achieve their personal and professional goals and think positively about the future. Someone who lacks confidence is likely to feel that they can't make their goals and tends to have a negative perspective. So having self-confidence is good but never be overconfident.

Here are some tips for building confidence :

TURN YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS INTO POSITIVE THOUGHTS: As you pay attention to your negative thoughts, turn them around to positive thoughts. It will take time, but it will help you.

MAINTAIN A POSITIVE SUPPORT NETWORK: Connect with those who are close to you, whether they are family or friends, to keep your perspective uplifted. Furthermore, stay away from people or things which make you feel bad.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND BE YOURSELF: The more you believe in yourself, the more you feel confident. Never try to compare yourself with others, compete with yourself only so that you will get to know how much you have improved.

IDENTIFY YOUR TALENTS: Everyone is kind at something, to discover the things in which you are right, and also focus on your talent. Don't waste your ability as it makes you different from the rest. Express yourself through your talent and be proud of your talent.

BE PATIENT: Gaining self-confidence doesn't happen overnight. Not meeting your goal for the first time around us is an opportunity to learn more about yourself.

BOUNCE BACK FROM YOUR MISTAKES: Remember that no one is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point, we may feel like we lack something. That is the reality. Learn that life is full of bumps on the road.

SET SMALL AND ACHIEVABLE GOAL: This is very important. Often, people set unrealistic or unattainable goals, and either become overwhelmed with the challenge. You can't achieve a big goal in less time. So set small and achieve worthy goals like climbing on stairs. You can't reach your destination in 1 day it needs a lot of time. I hope this helps you.
