How-To Make Really Good Scrambled Eggs | High Protein | Oye Gabru.

¼ Cup fresh broccoli, roughly chopped
¼ Cup Fresh baby beans, roughly chopped
¼ cup fresh onions, roughly chopped
¼ cup fresh tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Green Chili chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk before adding to your pan. The eggs don’t need to be whisked forever, just do it until the egg white and egg yolks are blended.
Once blended properly add all veggies in the bowl. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it properly.
The trick to creamy scrambled eggs is most definitely low heat. Making scrambled eggs over high heat kills them. So on a medium or low heat place your pan and add a little bit of oil you may use spray oil also.
Pour the mixture of egg and veggies from the bowl into the pan. The moment egg hits the pan, rapidly swirl in small circles around the pan — we do this, without stopping, until the eggs look slightly thickened.
Eggs are delicate and cook very quickly. You need to take the pan off the heat your eggs have finished cooking. The eggs should look softly set and slightly runny in places.
And your tasty delicious high protein fiber-rich scrambled egg is ready. You may enjoy it with whole wheat bread.
