EASY High Protein Smoothie: Meal Replacement | Muscle Recovery

Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 Cup almond/skimmed milk

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks

1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

1 Tsp. Coffee Powder (Optional)

For Garnishing: Pomegranate or Grapes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes: You may alter the recipes as per your requirement and ingredients availability. Hence I have written all the possible ingredients which could possibly be added to this recipe.

This is a great and easy way to add minerals and vitamins to your diet. Also, this is an ideal shake for pre-workout which will enhance your performance in gym resulting in increased muscle mass.
