2 Fish Fillet
1 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp. Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp. Coriander Powder
Pinch of Black Pepper
Low Sodium Salt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Place fish fillets in a bowl Mix lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander and paprika powder. Add salt as per taste and sprinkle some crushed pepper powder and olive oil.
Give it a good mix so that fillets are covered properly in the marination and Cover dish with plastic wrap and you may keep the marination in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Once it is marinated properly place the pan on medium heat. Pour the fillet in the pan and cook both the side for 5 minutes each side.
Once both the sides are cooked switch off the flame. Your tasty healthy fish fillet is ready to serve.
