Answer: Answer is NO! Sorry for sounding disappointing. But that’s the fact. It takes 3 weeks to have visible physical changes. I will give you a simple mantra for gaining muscles. As per thumb rule, it is

Stay consistent and after 2–3 weeks you will start noticing visible changes in your body. Good Luck !!
