Like me, I am sure there will be many out there who prefer to kick-start their day with a cup of hot coffee. Some prefer it black; some prefer it with cream even if we are getting late for our work. Still, we can’t miss on grabbing a cup of hot coffee. By this, we can make out how much great coffee holds into our life.
Today we are here with a unique coffee recipe, i.e., “Bulletproof coffee.” Fitness enthusiasts and Keto lovers they call it sometimes high-fat coffee. But before we even begin, let me give credits to two Individuals who are the brains behind this recipe.

So if you are someone on a ketogenic diet or someone who wants to strengthen his/her brainpower at the same time losing some weight just by sipping coffee, then this is the recipe for you. The method is pretty simple and quite easy to prepare. Let me show you how to make this.
YIELD: 2 CUPS | PREP TIME: 3-5 MINUTES | TOTAL TIME: 3-5 MINUTES
1. 1-2 Tbsp. Brain octane oil or MCT(Medium Chain Triglyceride) coconut oil
2. 2 Tbsp. Organic ground coffee
3. 1 Tbsp. Butter (Kerry gold Butter, unsalted from the grass-fed cow)
1. Glass Jar
1. Add 2 Tbsp. of organic ground coffee in the glass jar and pour hot water into the glass jar.
2. Cover the glass jar with the lid and give it a gentle stir.
3. Once the coffee is blended correctly, transfer that coffee from glass jar into the blender.
4. Add 1 Tbsp. butter in the blender
5. Add 1 Tbsp. of Brain octane oil in the blender, and we are good to rock n’ roll.
6. Switch on the blender, and soon you will notice a latte kind of texture forming inside the mixer which means your “bulletproof diet coffee” is screaming to get served in your favorite mug.
7. Pour the bulletproof diet coffee into a mug and kick-start your day. That’s it.
